I love details, and I really like combining my love for detail into my design work. I think this is particularly important when designing bespoke wedding stationery. My experience from past wedding projects is that people really appreciate touches that reflect their taste and interests. To understand and deliver their vision, I meet with my clients in order to get to know them and sense their ideas, so I can start to translate these into my designs.

Juliette and Joe's wedding was in the summer, so I really wanted to capture the beautiful floral environment surrounding Kilworth House at this time of year. I drew on Juliette's favourite flowers and the interior decor when deciding on font and illustration directions.

When working on Rebecca’s wedding stationery, I picked up on her love for Paris and used this interest to influence my colour palette and overall aesthetic. With this particular client, I found it beneficial to put together a mood board of props and photograph it as a starting point. In order to achieve a premium finish, the invitations were printed on pearlescent paper.
