…I went sketching with Dad. Now with a bigger sketchbook, a BA Hons in Illustration from Falmouth, and eleven years’ experience in the fashion industry as an illustrator and graphic designer, I design and draw from my Market Harborough studio.
My priority is always to give clients a personalised service. Whether it be a commercial or private commission, I take time to understand the brief and the client’s expectations. This collaborative process starts with a chat, often featuring a coffee, a big scribbly list, and some doodles...and we go from there.
I love finding quirks in everyday life; the little details and characteristics of individuals, animals, and my surroundings. Sketching buildings, people, flowers, dogs in spectacles (not as rare as you might think!) has led me to work on a diverse range of projects, from wedding stationery to illustrated sellotape and everything in between.
