Jelley Vodka

Jelley Vodka briefed me to illustrate their brand’s Christmas card. The brief was that the card needed to have an illustration of their product - a bottle of Jelley Vodka. 

My approach for this brief was to do lots and lots of drawings of the bottle of vodka, once i was happy with the drawing i focused on the composition - and different concepts. After working back with the client it was decided that the simpler composition was best.

I thought it needed something more to answer the festive brief…So to add an element of humour that seemed appropriate to the brand i added the pun ‘celebrating the spirit of Christmas’ on one of the labels. A mince pie and some elderflower ( a nod to one of the flavours of vodka available) was also added.
